This estimate covers the hardware installation and labor to add three wired security cameras to the Lorex NVR system you already own . It is the wired counterpart to the wireless option we sent earlier, so you can compare both and choose the direction you prefer.
What we'll install
B11 Tech Solutions will install three wired security cameras using your existing Lorex camera system and NVR hardware. The existing Lorex NVR will be used as the recording system, and the cameras will be connected to it using CAT6 cabling installed by B11 Tech Solutions.
Wired Installation
Professional mounting and wiring of three cameras, done by B11 Tech.
CAT6 Cabling
New CAT6 cable runs from each camera location back to the NVR.
Existing Lorex NVR
We reuse your current Lorex NVR as the recording system.
Camera Coverage
Two cameras at the front of the property, one camera at the back.
Garage Equipment
The NVR remains installed inside the garage; cabling routes back to it.

Wired Lorex Camera Installation
Labor and professional mounting for three wired cameras tied into your Lorex system.

How the install works
The installation will use your existing Lorex NVR and camera hardware. B11 Tech Solutions provides the labor, CAT6 cabling, and standard materials required to complete the wired camera installation. The NVR will remain installed inside the garage, and cable routing will be completed to connect the front and back camera locations back to the existing Lorex system.
⚠️ Important cable note
The cabling inside the garage will be exposed and surface-routed where needed. This estimate does not include enclosed wall fishing, concealed in-wall cabling, drywall repair, painting, conduit installation, or cosmetic finishing unless added separately.

B11 Tech Solutions reviewed the project requirements and received the green light for this approach. Based on the current scope, an inspection is not expected to be required for the external installation portion of this project.

The wireless option previously provided to you. It uses a wireless camera solution and does not rely on running CAT6 cable to each camera location.

Our recommendation
Both options can work depending on your preference. The wireless option may be better if you prefer a cleaner installation with less cabling. The wired Lorex option may be better if you want to reuse the existing system and have the cameras connected through physical CAT6 cable for a more stable connection. Please review both options and confirm which direction works best for you.

⚠️ Important note about existing hardware
Because this estimate uses your existing Lorex system, final functionality depends on the existing NVR, camera compatibility, power availability, and current hardware condition. B11 Tech Solutions will connect and configure the cameras as part of the installation, but if the existing Lorex NVR or camera hardware has defects, compatibility issues, storage issues, or firmware-related limitations, additional troubleshooting or replacement may be quoted separately.
